According to § 14 paragraph (1) of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection and EU Directive (2013/524), the seller informs the consumer in a clear, comprehensible and easily accessible way about the subject of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which is for the given type of offered, sold, provided or mediated product or service materially relevant.
In the event that a consumer dispute arises between a member of the VJ group and a consumer arising from a purchase contract or a contract for the provision of services, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for an out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to the designated entity for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes according to the above Act of the Czech Republic and nregulations of the European Parliament and the Council.
