The company V+J OBUV, s. r. o. was established in 1993 for the purpose of shoe wholesale and operation of the network of the QUICK SCHUH - SHOES retail stores and subsequently also of DĚTSKÁ OBUV retail stores, as well as operating an online stores, firstly www.vjobuv.cz and later others, not only in the Czech and Slovak Republics, but in the other countries as well.
During its existence, the company has built a very strong position on the shoe market in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Its business partners are Czech and Slovak retail stores, as well as strong international chain stores.
Over the years, the company has developed and, through its subsidiaries, V+J OBUV Slovakia, s. r. o. and VJ Schuh GmbH, has expanded not only into the Slovak, but into the
Austrian and German markets as well.
The company has been based in Štěpánovice near České Budějovice since 2003, where the company's central distribution warehouses are also located.
The company is a member and partner of ANWR, GARANT, DZB BANK, the Czech Footwear and Leather Association,
